The pattern
Ecological design is usually drawn as energy, water and materials. The organisational layer is harder to draw, so it often disappears.
These projects suggest the opposite: a resident workgroup, cooperative board, volunteer network or shared meeting can be as operationally important as a heat pump.

Yogawiser read
The recurring pattern is simple: if a system is shared, somebody has to share the responsibility too.
